During a heat many prefer to escape from thirst grain kvass. However kvass from berries of blackberry is much more tasty and more useful. And the amazing berry aroma excites and loads with positive mood! It is possible to make blackberry kvass in any multicooker supporting the Multipovar mode and control of temperature.

It is required to you

  • - blackberry of 1 kg.
  • - yeast of 30 g.
  • - oregano of 5 branches
  • - water of 2 l.

Instruction

1. It is better to use blackberry fresh, but not frozen. Wash up and touch berries, get rid of excess branches and leaves.

2. Mash blackberry a pestle to a soft state, shift in a multicooker bowl, add water and an oregano. Include the Multipovar mode, establish temperature of 120 degrees and time of 25 minutes. Press "Start".

3. On the termination of the program open a cover of the multicooker and wait until liquid cools down.

4. Add yeast and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Close a cover and include the Multipovar mode by 50 degrees and 12 hours.

5. Filter the made kvass, pour in glasswares and you store in the fridge.
