Ingredients: - 1 kg of a pork neck; - 1 average carrots; - 1 big head of garlic; - 0.5 tsps of a black sprinkling pepper; - 1 tsps without mound of salt; - 3 branches of parsley or celery. Prepare pork. Cut carrots with bars, cut the cleaned garlic segments on halves. Make deep cuts on all surface of meat and put in them pieces of vegetables. You watch that the piece was filled evenly. Pound a surface of future boiled pork pepper and salt, lay it in the capacity of the multicooker and bake in the Meat mode, having installed the timer for half an hour.

Don't pour out the meat fluid formed when frying or roasting, it can be used for preparation of sauce or just to water the cut boiled pork before giving on a table.

Open a cover and wait 10-15 minutes that meat cooled down a little, otherwise it will collapse at extraction. Get it a wide scapula, lay out on a dish with a thick bottom, cut and strew with chopped greens.
