Buckwheat with fish in the double boiler

Buckwheat is ideal for weight loss. Fish contains a lot of easily acquired protein. And all together, prepared in the double boiler, is very useful and nutritious.

All like to eat tasty, but to here spend many forces for preparation of such dish, not many are ready. I offer one of such dishes which won't involve from you many physical costs, but at the same time will be nutritive and, the most important, useful. For this purpose we need the double boiler, buckwheat, fish, onion, carrots (if is, then it is possible to use beet, greens and tomato).

We take buckwheat (the quantity depends on that, on one meal you prepare or with a stock) and we fall asleep in ware from the double boiler for preparation of rice, we fill in with water above buckwheat on two fingers. We put this ware on the second tier in the double boiler.

We take a food foil, we spread it on a table with a stock. On a half of a foil we cut onions rings. We put fish on onions (fish can be any - from usual river to sea or in general fillet). If fish whole, then greens and the fresh cut tomato can be put in fish. If this fillet, then greens with tomato is stacked just by layers. From above we grate carrot and we wrap all this the second half of a foil. We put fish on the first tier of the double boiler.

We turn on the double boiler for 20 minutes. In 20 minutes we uncover and we grate carrot and beet on buckwheat. We put for 20 minutes. The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal.
