Cabbage salad - it is always useful for an organism. Vegetable salads have to be present at a diet of everyone both in the winter, and in the summer. This salad is cooked from the Beijing cabbage and greens. It is necessary to serve it with oranges sauce, but it doesn't mean that the dish will turn out sweet. Orange sourness perfectly supplements taste of cabbage and fresh greens.

- - 12 sheets of the Beijing cabbage;
- - 2 oranges;
- - 1 bunch of fennel;
- - 3 tablespoons of the crushed green onions;
- - 3 tablespoons of sour cream;
- - lemon juice.
1. Begin preparation of a dish with preparation of orange plateaus. For this purpose cut each orange in half, pull out pulp by means of a knife. Try to act accurately - the equal plateau from an orange-peel has to turn out. In a plateau grease with lemon juice - so they will be longer stored.
2. From a head of cabbage of the Beijing cabbage separate the necessary quantity of leaves, cut on two parts closer to the end, having separated in such a way a firm part of stalks from gentle leaves.
3. Chop rigid stalks small cubes, tear a gentle part hands on average pieces. Small chop fennel, add to cabbage. Greens you won't spoil this salad - you can take more fennel safely.
4. Cut green onions with small ringlets, send to cabbage and fennel. Add the pulp of oranges cut with thin pieces. Salad is ready, but the main highlight of a dish is an orange sauce.
5. For orange sauce it is necessary to take a fresh juice from a half of orange. Sweet juice from a package can't be used here! Mix orange juice with sour cream. Sour cream it is better to take not really fat. Mix sauce to uniformity, it will turn out liquid.
6. Now spread out salad on orange plateaus, fill in with sauce, at once give to a table.
