Very simple and tasty cake with ripe cherry or sweet cherry. Cake is very originally executed and beautifully looks on a holiday table.

- - 1.5 kg is fresher than some sour cream;
- - 200 g of a dark chocolate (or 2 chocolates);
- - 200 g of a desi;
- - 500 g of vanilla sugar;
- - 4 pieces of egg;
- - 500 g of a top-grade flour;
- - 2 g of extinguished soda;
- - 500 g is fresher than some cherry or sweet cherry;
- - salt to taste.
1. Before cooking in a couple of hours get a desi that it managed to thaw and be softened well from the freezer. Don't warm it in the microwave oven, it can heat up or begin to flow too unevenly. This recipe requires just soft as cream a desi. It is possible to replace oil with margarine, everything depends on your preferences.
2. In a big cup of the blender or mixer well shake up eggs, add a glass of sugar. Add the softened oil to a frothed eggs, mix, add extinguished soda. It is possible to extinguish soda in couple of spoons of abrupt boiled water or having added citric acid and water. Add flour to mix and knead dense dough.
3. Divide ready dough on 20-25 of pieces, identical on volume. Inwrap each piece in food wrap or in cellophane bags and remove in the fridge for a couple of hours. Get dough and roll each piece in a thin long strip.
4. Well wash out cherry, dry and remove stones. Put cherry in each strip of the test and accurately curtail a tubule. Warm an oven and bake twenty minutes. Tubules have to be roasted till golden color.
5. In the blender shake up the remained sour cream and sugar until sugar completely disperses. Lay out ready tubules the hill, well coating with cream. Grate chocolate and decorate cake.
