Pleasure cake combines a delicate flavor of berries and sweet of fruit and chocolate.

- Cake:
- - 2 glasses of wheat flour;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 glass of kefir;

- Cream and stuffing:

Instruction
1. We shake up a glass of sugar with eggs to homogeneous mass.
2. We add a glass of kefir and a glass of jam to aerated mass. We mix.
3. We sift wheat flour through a sieve. We add a sifted flour and 2 h l of soda to mix. We knead dough.
4. We divide the turned-out dough into 2 equal parts, we form 2 cake layers.
5. We bake cake layers in previously warmed oven at a temperature of 180 degrees until ready.
6. We cut the baked cake layers on horizontal layers.
7. We shake up dense sour cream with icing sugar to a condition of uniform cream.
8. We coat cake layers with the received cream. Between cake layers it is possible to lay out berries or banana, kiwis cut by circles.
9. We grate chocolate. We strew cake from above with chocolate shaving.
10. We put cake in the fridge for some time in order that well I became impregnated.
