Champignons in a soy-bean sauce - ideal snack which can be made outdoors. But if there is no opportunity to prepare mushrooms on skewers or a grill grate, it is possible to fry them and in a frying pan.

It is required to you

  • - 300 g of champignons fresh;
  • - 2 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce;
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 0.5 h spoon of honey;
  • - juice from a lemon half;
  • - couple of branches of a thyme;
  • - mix of pepper.

Instruction

1. Wash out the whole fresh champignons or accurately wipe with a damp rag.

2. Make on each hat cuts in the form of "snowflake", thanks to it they both will be kept waiting better, and will look very beautifully.

3. Make marinade for mushrooms. Mix olive oil with a soy-bean sauce, pour in lemon juice, add honey, mix of pepper to taste. You remember leaves of a thyme fingers, too add to marinade for aroma.

4. Now put the prepared champignons in marinade, mix them. Remove mushrooms in the fridge on all night long.

5. Warm a frying pan, lay out champignons, pour in a small amount of marinade.

6. Fry mushrooms on strong fire about 5 minutes, stirring slowly with them.

7. You can give ready mushrooms in a soy-bean sauce warm or cold - anyway they turn out tasty, being universal snack on any table.
