- Cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, seasonings, walnuts, crabsticks.
Instruction
1. Grate cheese (200 g) or processed cheeses of firm grades (2 pieces). Take a grater not small, and not large.
2. On a small grater grate garlic (2-3 segments) and evenly mix it with a cheese curd.
3. Add mayonnaise (2-3 tablespoons), again mix. At this stage it is possible to put in the mass of seasoning at your discretion.
4. Create balls of the identical size.
5. Put a walnut piece in the center of each ball.
6. From above strew balls with a grated cheese, and will be even more interesting and more tasty if you rub crab sticks (3-4 pieces) and you will roll in in to shaving cheese balls.
7. Take snack in the fridge half an hour and give on a holiday table. Share then the impressions!
