Chick-pea is yellow peas or as it is called still - ""Turkish"". It very useful and quite nourishing. And cutlets from it turn out very tasty!

- 250 grams of chick-pea, 1 carrots, 1 bulb, 1 spoon of a soy-bean sauce, 1 spoon of lemon juice, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of flour, 0.5 teaspoons of sugar, salt, pepper, vegetable oil.
1. Fill in chick-pea with water and leave for 10 hours. Drain water and miss via the meat grinder.
2. Grate carrots on an average grater, small cut a bulb. Fry from on vegetable oil.
3. Mix chick-pea and vegetables. Add a soy-bean sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper and яцо. Well mix.
4. Add to the received mix 2 table a spoon of flour and sugar. Knead.
5. Create cutlets, roll in in flour and fry on the heated oil - at first on strong fire, then lower and turn cutlets. Cover and extinguish 3-5 minutes.
