It is required to you

  • - chicken weighing about 1.5-1.7 kilograms;
  • - dried peel and juice of one lemon and one orange;
  • - 3 spoons of maple syrup or honey of similar consistence;
  • - 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard;
  • - tablespoon of white wine vinegar;
  • - 2 garlic gloves;
  • - 2 bay leaves;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Chicken is washed carefully out, we dry a paper towel and we rub with salt and pepper outside and inside. We tie legs by a cord that the ready-to-eat meal looked beautifully.

2. We cook marinade: in a bowl we mix juice and a zest of lemon and orange, we add maple syrup (or honey), mustard, vinegar, small cut garlic and leaves of laurels.
