  • - 100 ml of dry red wine
  • - 100 ml of broth or water
  • - 4 garlic gloves
  • - 1 bay leaf
  • - 1 pieces of a carnation

Instruction

1. At first take chicken and properly wash her baking plate with cold water. Then put on a kitchen towel and let's it dry. Cut on small pieces, salt, pepper to taste.

2. Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan, put chicken and fry until the golden crust, about 2-5 minutes appears.

3. Small cut onions and add it to chicken. Then add cognac. It is necessary to set fire to cognac. Warm it in a ladle, set fire and pour over chicken.

4. Add wine, garlic, broth, a carnation, bay leaf and properly mix everything.
