It is required to you

  • - chicken;
  • - 250 g of pork;
  • - garlic segment;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - ¾ broth l;
  • - 2 pepper;
  • - 400 g of rice;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - 250 g of green peas

Instruction

1. Wet rice for 30 minutes in water. Cut chicken on 16 parts and fry on vegetable oil together with onions and garlic. Prepare everything on average fire to semi-readiness.

2. Shift the fried meat in a fire-resistant form.

3. Warm vegetable oil in a frying pan and put in it rice. Disturb until rice doesn't become dry and won't begin to crackle. Lay out rice from above of a chicken, pepper and salt. Pour in broth, cover a form and send to an oven. You extinguish everything on small fire about 30 minutes.

4. Cut pork in cubes and fry in a frying pan about 2 minutes. Add the cut pepper and fry on strong fire.

5. Shift everything to chicken and rice. If necessary add still some broth. Put the green peas stewed to semi-readiness. Mix everything and bake in an oven about 50 minutes.
