It is required to you

  • - chicken carcass of 1 piece;
  • - Bulgarian paprika of 2 pieces;
  • - olive oil 3 tablespoons;
  • - olives of 100 g;
  • - tomato juice of 0.5 l;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - chili pepper;
  • - starch;
  • - oregano.


1. Warm an oven up to the temperature of 180 degrees. Wash up paprika and chili pepper and dry. Lay out pepper on a lattice and bake 20 minutes. Then get pepper, cool, rind, remove a core. Cut pulp strips.

2. Chicken wash up, dry a paper towel and divide into flank steaks. In a frying pan heat olive oil. Fry chicken pieces till golden color.
