It is required to you

  • - 600-700 g of chicken leg (these are about 6-7 pieces);
  • - 300 g of the fresh or frozen mushrooms;
  • - 800 g of potatoes;
  • - 150-200 g of onions;
  • - 50 ml of milk;
  • - 40 g of a desi;
  • - to taste and need to use salt, pepper and vegetable oil.

Instruction

1. Wash out and peel all potatoes. Boil to a ready state. Merge liquid and, having added butter, milk, it is a little salt and pepper, to knead in pyureobrazny weight.

2. Peel onions and mushrooms, to crumble on small cubes. At first to fry onions on vegetable oil, then to add the crushed mushrooms and to fry everything together before full evaporation of liquid in a frying pan. It will take no more than 10-15 minutes. Add onions and mushroom mix to mashed potatoes and mix.

3. Wash out shins, add some salt, pepper, further to send to fry on a frying pan for 25-35 minutes. In the course of frying, meat should be overturned periodically.

4. Issue dough thin layer (to roll layer in 3 mm). Cut the edges (to postpone them) that the main shape became rectangular.

5. Cut the turned-out rectangle on squares 15*15sm. From the postponed test (offcuts) to roll flat cake. To divide it into quantity of squares. To lay out each piece of flat cake on square shapes from the test, for strengthening of a bottom of future sack.

6. In the middle of each square to lay out 2-3 tablespoons of potato and mushroom mix, then to put a shin on a stuffing. To collect and to tie edges of a square not hardly thread (culinary). Stones of chicken legs can be wrapped up in a foil.
