Fried juicy nuggets – an excellent dish for a family dinner. And it is possible to use corn sauce 2-4 days, it is possible to do nuggets with a stock.

It is required to you

  • - 600 g of fillet from chicken breast;
  • - 1 garlic glove;
  • - lettuce leaves;
  • - 4 sandwich buns;
  • - 2 h spoon of a refiner syrup;
  • - 1 tablespoon of paprika;
  • - 1 h Cayenne pepper spoon;
  • - ½ h spoon of a dried marjoram;
  • - ½ h spoon of a dried sage;
  • - ½ h spoon of caraway seeds;
  • - 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • For sauce:
  • - 200 g of tinned sweet corn;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - 2 bunches of green onions;
  • - 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • - 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar;
  • - salt and ground black pepper.

Instruction

1. Put each piece of chicken breast between two sheets of a film. Slightly beat off a beater or a rolling pin. Grate meat with garlic.

2. Mix a refiner syrup, paprika, a Cayenne pepper and seasonings in a bowl. Strew with the turned-out mix chicken and fingers rub in meat on both sides. Heat a grill. Cut each piece of chicken breast on three parts.

3. Mix oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Dip meat into the received mix, then spread out pieces on a grill. Fry 5-6 minutes from each party until chicken is fried thoroughly and will become golden color.

4. Cut tomatoes into cubes, and green onions – rings.

5. Make sauce: merge liquid from banks with corn, pour out grains in a bowl. Add tomatoes, onions, oil, vinegar and mix. Season with salt and pepper, leave to be cooled while chicken is cooked. Before giving put lettuce leaves, chicken and sauce in buns.
