These rolls turn out very gentle and juicy. At will it is possible to add your favourite cheese to them.
It is required to you
- - 500 g of chicken fillet;
- - 400 g of fresh champignons;
- - 2 bulbs;
- - 1 paprika;
- - 1 table. l. balsam vinegar;
- - The 2nd table. l. soy-bean sauce;
- - The 2nd table. l. vegetable oil;
- - 100 g of mozzarella or any other cheese (at will);
- - salt.
Instruction
1. Cut chicken fillet lengthways on thin plates, cut off them so that they took the rectangle form, slightly beat off, sprinkle vinegar, salt.
2. For a stuffing of cutting of chicken fillet cut in small cubes and fry in a desi with small cut champignons and onions to a golden crust. During frying add a soy-bean sauce and spicery at will.
3. A fresh paprika cut in cubes and mix with a stuffing.
4. On layer of fillet lay out couple of spoons of a stuffing. At will it is possible to add mozzarella or other your favourite cheese to a stuffing.
5. Accurately, trying not to break off fillet, curtail rolls, if necessary - fix edges by toothpicks or tie up culinary thread.
6. Bake in an oven of 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 °C.
