Chicken rolls with spinach

The dish differs not only a pleasant flavor, but also beautiful appearance – bright green spinach is perfectly combined with a ruddy chicken crust. And still rolls are very useful, spinach contains many vitamins.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of chicken fillet;
  • - 150 g of the frozen spinach;
  • - salt and a black pepper to taste;
  • - olive oil.

Instruction

1. Wash chicken fillet, dry and beat off that it turned into flat flat cake. Salt and pepper to taste. Defreeze spinach and distribute it an even layer on chicken fillet.

2. Inwrap in roll and fix its edges by a small skewer. Fry rolls in olive oil on big fire that the golden crust was formed.

3. Shift rolls to the baking tray laid by parchment paper and put in the oven warmed up to 180 wasps for 15 minutes.

4. Save ready rolls from skewers and cut on small circles. Give to a table with a vegetable salad.
