  • - Vegetable oil — 7 tablespoons.
  • - Salt — 1 tsp.
  • Paste:

  • - Ginger - 100 g
  • Spices:
  • - Chili pepper ground - 1/2 tsps.
  • - A carnation - 4 pieces.
  • - A coriander ground - 1 tsp.
  • - A black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • - Bay leaf - 2 pieces.
  • - A turmeric - 1/2 tsps.
  • - Kumin (cumin) - 1/2 tsps.

Instruction

1. Touch spinach, to throw out bad leaves. Lay in a pan. Boil 2 liters of water in a teapot, put a pan with spinach on a plate and fill in with boiled water from a teapot. Bring to the boil.
