  • For six portions:
  • - 800 g of chicken stomachs;
  • - on 100 g of a hard cheese, sour creams;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - 2.5 liters of water;
  • - 30 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - salt, pepper, curry.

Instruction

1. Clean chicken stomachs from fat, a gastric film, you can cut them on 2-3 parts if you love ingredients of the smaller size in dishes. Wash out the prepared stomachs, lay out in a saucepan, fill in with cold water, bring to the boil. You cook on average fire within 90 minutes. What stomachs will be softer, those more tasty will turn out a dish.

2. Clean a bulb, wash out, cut. Warm a frying pan, pour on it in vegetable oil, lay out onions, fry within several minutes to a zolotistost, stirring slowly.

3. Add boiled stomachs to onions. Salt, pepper, add a curry to taste, mix. Add sour cream and half a glass of broth which remained from cooking of chicken stomachs. You extinguish on weak fire within 10 minutes.
