China tea - Pu-erh

The China Pu-erh nonfermented tea has a set of useful properties. It is capable to influence well digestion, to normalize pressure, invigorates and gives force. Surprisingly pleasant mild flavor will leave nobody indifferent. Tea Pu-erh is in many respects obliged by the useful properties to a special storage technique.

Consumption of tea Pu-erh makes the most favorable influences. This type of tea is presented in different grades which to taste and properties strongly differ.

In former times treated process of storage of tea a little differently, than now. It was connected with long transportation of a tea leaf from the place of collecting to the consumer. But with the advent of the road transport the situation with delivery seriously changed.

Collected tea had no properties allowing to turn immediately it into drink. Before the mankind began to use motor transport, process of fermentation of tea happened during transportation and the subsequent storage. Thus, when tea got to consumers, it was already ready to use.

Approximately in the second half of the XX century demand for Pu-erh increased, and time for which the goods got to the consumer was significantly reduced. Therefore for the period from gathering tea before it got to consumers, the goods didn't ripen completely. In the seventies the XX centuries developed technology which allowed to accelerate a fermentirovaniye artificially.

Collected tea leaf piled and watered. In a heap thus there was a temperature increase, and fermentation process considerably accelerated. So there were two main kinds of tea Puer. This is Chaîne made on simple technology "crude Pu-erh" Pu-erh and Shiu Puer – "prepared", "forced".

Now many fans of China tea prefer Pu-erh to all other grades.
