This tasty chocolate kissel turns out rather dense, very dense, and, above all - tasty. He prepares on milk with addition of starch and vanillin, at the expense of it kissel turns out fragrant and useful.
It is required to you
- For two portions:
- - 600 ml of milk;
- - 100 g of bitter chocolate;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 20 g of corn starch;
- - 3 vanilla beans;
- - fresh mint.
Instruction
1. Pour in 2/3 milks in a stewpan, add the specified amount of sugar. Stir, put on average fire.
2. Cut vanilla beans lengthways in half, scrape out seeds from one pod and add them to a stewpan together with pods.
3. Bring milk to the boil, reduce fire, add chocolate pieces. Leave one segment of chocolate for decoration of kissel.
4. Mix 1/3 milks with starch, add to the boiling milk, intensively stir slowly before dissolution of all components. Get vanilla beans, they won't be required any more. Cool kissel a little.
5. Pour ready chocolate kissel on glasses. Rub segment of chocolate or break to a condition of a large crumb, decorate with it kissel, from above put leaves of fresh mint. Give at once. Still you can try to make according to this recipe kissel with white chocolate.
