  • - 0.5 kg of sugar.

Instruction

1. For a start carefully we wash out berries under a water jet and by means of a small knife we delete from a nikhpestika. Then we pour "raw materials" into a pan.

2. At this time we boil water in a teapot and we fill in hawthorn berries with boiled water - so that they were covered completely. We cook berries until they don't become soft.

3. A skimmer we shift them in a bowl and again we fill in with water (this time - cold), and in hot broth we fill up granulated sugar. We cook a sugar syrup about 10 minutes, constantly stirring slowly. Then we add to it a chilled fruits and we cook 10 more minutes.

4. We remove fruit and sugar weight from fire and we leave to be cooled on all night long. Next day we merge syrup from there and we cook it within 3 more minutes.

5. In the boiling syrup we put fruits of a hawthorn again and we cook until they don't become translucent. We shift hot confiture in in advance sterilized banks, densely we close covers and we leave to be cooled upside down.
