The cookies baked according to this recipe can be used in days of a post and also will be suitable for those who keep to a diet as neither sour cream, nor butter is used.

It is required to you

  • A brine — 3/4-1 стак.
  • Sugar – 1 стак.
  • (Flavourless) sunflower oil — 0.5-0.8 стак.

  • Soda (baking powder) — 1 tsp.

Instruction

1. For a start mix separately all liquid ingredients. For this purpose in a bowl connect vegetable oil and a brine. Then add sugar to liquid mix and carefully pound that grains of sugar began to thaw.

2. It is separately necessary to mix soda and flour. Parts add flour weight to brine and sugar. As a result quite dense weight has to turn out. Depending on quality of flour, dough can turn out as dense sour cream or even more abruptly. If dough a little thinnish it is possible to add ¼ glasses of flour and a spoon to spread cookies on a baking tray. If dough dense, then having scooped a spoon, roll balls of the size of walnut and spread on a baking tray at the distance equal to ball size.

3. Previously warm up an oven to 100 degrees. It is better to lay a baking tray a non-stick rug or paper for pastries. Bake cookies of 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Remove from fire when edges of cookies become brown. It is possible to store cookies in a paper packet.
