  • For six portions:
  • - 1.5 kg of little octopuses;
  • - 50 ml of a soy-bean sauce;
  • - 2 tablespoons of sake;
  • - 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar;
  • - 1 garlic glove;
  • - 30 g of fresh ginger;
  • - 50 ml of fish broth;
  • - 1 tablespoon of green wasabi;
  • - 4 feathers of green onions;
  • - 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds;
  • - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - on 1/2 h a spoon of a black pepper, salt.

Instruction

1. Take small babies of octopuses, clean them, salt, pepper, add some spice, roll in in sesame seeds.

2. Warm up on high temperature a wok with vegetable oil. Fry octopuses within 5 minutes, throwing them.

3. Mix a soy-bean sauce, fish broth, sake, rice vinegar, the cut ginger, onions and the crushed garlic. Fragrant marinade turned out.
