Cucumbers fresh-salted with sweet cherry and a gooseberry

July - the top of summer and a cucumber time. Fresh cucumbers sell all the year round in shops. And here when the ripened and we reaped a rich crop, unfortunately all already gorged on. But you shouldn't despair, we will experiment. Usually cucumbers salt with apples and currant. We will risk and will replace them with sweet cherry with a gooseberry.

It is required to you

  • - 1.5 kg of cucumbers;
  • - 100 g of sweet cherry;
  • - 100 g of a gooseberry;
  • - 4 garlic gloves;
  • - 1.5 tablespoons of salt;
  • - 1 leaf of horse-radish;
  • - 1 bay leaf;
  • - allspice peas;
  • - 2 umbrellas of fennel;
  • - 3 leaves of currant.

Instruction

1. Wash out cucumbers under flowing water. Cut off tips. Place in a bowl with cold water for 2 hours.

2. To wash out umbrellas of fennel. Put on a table and roll a rolling pin.

3. Separate garlic from a peel and to chop small.

4. A gooseberry and sweet cherry to touch, wash a baking plate with flowing water, to cast away on a colander. Allow to flow down to excess water.

5. Take a dense plastic bag. To place fennel, garlic, a gooseberry, sweet cherry, leaves of horse-radish and currant, bay leaf, pepper and cucumbers in it. Salt and to accurately stir up contents in a package.

6. Place a package in a cold spot. In 6 hours the cucumbers will be ready. Package contents are accurate to stir up each 2 hours.

7. Give ready fresh-salted cucumbers with new boiled potato.
