Juicy snack from fresh cucumbers will fit both into a festive feast, and into an everyday meal.
It is required to you
- - 3 average cucumbers
- - 3 garlic gloves
- - 3 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce
- - press for garlic
- - vegetable cutter / knife
Instruction
1. Fresh cucumbers carefully to wash, cut off from them tails. Then to cut lengthways with a knife or the vegetable cutter on long thin slices.
2. Depending on desirable sharpness of future dish to take 3 or more garlic gloves, to crush a press in a plate with the cut cucumbers.
3. Fill in with a soy-bean sauce, to mix carefully.
4. Send for 1-2 hours to the fridge.
