It is required to you

  • At the rate on 6 portions:
  • 1 kg of a cauliflower;
  • 2 eggs;
  • ½ glasses of flour;
  • couple of branches of fennel;
  • couple of branches of parsley;
  • sunflower oil;
  • seasonings to taste.

Instruction

1. At first to prepare cabbage, having sorted it on inflorescences, to cook in the added some salt water (about 6 minutes). Cast away ready cabbage on a colander, then cooled to cut into small pieces.

2. Place the prepared cabbage in ware, then add eggs and flour. It is good to mix.

3. Wash out and dry greens, then crush and place to a cabbage egg mixture. Greens will add to future cutlets special savor. It is no secret, as parsley and fennel are useful if they are grown up by own hands

4. Warm a frying pan, at the same time having dropped 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil there. Take a spoon the prepared weight and lay out on a frying pan. Process is similar to cooking, say, of cheesecakes or pancakes. Preparation of each cutlet takes 8 minutes (on the 4th minute from each party). If there is a need, safely add to a frying pan still oil.

5. The dish is ready. Before direct giving to a table it is possible to decorate with greens.
