Dessert "Pear chest"

I don't represent the life without sweet. Even when I keep to a diet, I find recipes of such dishes which won't add excess centimeters of my waist and will give pleasure the wonderful taste. Here one of my such finds! I called this dish "A pear chest". I am sure that none of your acquaintances even heard about such dessert. Therefore if you serve to guests such delicacy, you are osypit compliments.

It is required to you

  • - pears - 5-6 pieces,
  • - skim cheese-1 pack (200 g),
  • - honey - 2-3 tablespoons,
  • - pear juice - 3-4 tablespoons.

Instruction

1. Pears will be necessary mature, soft. At first we wash fruit, we dry on a napkin. Then we cut off tops with a fruit stem. Further we cut out a core of each pear, forming peculiar "trunk".

2. We prepare a stuffing. We pound cottage cheese, we add pear juice and warm honey. Properly we mix everything. We fill with this mass of pear. We close "lids" with fruit stems which we cut off from pears in the beginning.

3. We give to a table, having laid out ours "pear chests" on a flat plate and having decorated as it is pleasant more - for example, having made on a plate "network" of the kindled chocolate and having strewed on a circle with coconut flakes.
