Instruction

1. At cultivation of gelatin it is necessary to follow several rules. Gelatin is dissolved only in cold water, then a little warmed up. Don't forget to look at an expiration date.

2. For preparation of chicken jelly take 1 tablespoon of gelatin, pour out in deep capacity and part with 1 glass of chicken broth cold. Gelatin bulks up 40 minutes. Then with gelatin add 3 more glasses of broth to the container (it is better a pan) and heat on average fire. It is necessary to stir slowly all the time. Not to boil at all. 3. For preparation of fruit jelly take 15 grams of gelatin, part with a half of a glass water and allow to stand 1 hour. Then add 1.5 glasses of the favourite juice warmed up to 60 degrees.
