Dried apricots pies - delicacy to tea with incredibly pleasant aroma and taste. Despite simplicity in preparation, pastries turn out excellent!

- - flour - 3 glasses;
- - kefir - 1 glass;
- - vegetable oil - 1/2 glasses;
- - a yeast powder - 12 grams;
- - sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt - 1 teaspoon;
- - dried apricots or dried apricots jam - to taste.
Instruction
1. Mix in a bowl oil with kefir, salt, sugar. Warm up this mix a little.
2. Sift flour, mix with yeast. Pour in it in kefiric mix, knead dough. Cover it with food wrap, leave for half an hour.
