Mushrooms pie is very simple in preparation. It will become an excellent dish on a family table. It is possible to serve pie for breakfast, dinner and a dinner. It is very nourishing and light.

It is required to you

  • - wheat flour of 850 g;
  • - yeast powder of 8 g;
  • - vegetable oil 2-4 tablespoons;
  • - dried cepes of 200 g;
  • - onion of 1 piece;
  • - olive oil;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper.

Instruction

1. Take 600 g of flour, sift, then add a yeast powder. Fill in flour with 1.5 glasses of water. Mix, leave in the warm place. Dough has to increase twice.

2. When dough rises, add to it vegetable oil, salt and the remained flour. Knead dough, it has to lag behind hands. Leave dough in the warm place for 30 minutes.

3. Wet mushrooms in water for 20-25 minutes. Then boil until ready in the boiling added some salt water. Small cut ready mushrooms. Peel onions, wash up and crush.

4. Brown mushrooms and onions in a frying pan, having added salt and pepper. Onions have to become golden.

5. Oil a baking dish. Divide dough into 2 parts. Roll one part and lay out in a form. From above distribute a mushroom stuffing. Roll the second part of the test and cover pie. You zashchipnit edges of pie. Oil a surface olive.

6. Bake pie of 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
