The duck with oranges at first sight is a typical French dish, but together that it will be always considered as refined. The effective appearance of a dish allows to make it for a holiday or an invited dinner.

It is required to you

  • - 1 duck;
  • - 1 glass of white wine;
  • - 50 grams of a desi;
  • - 3 oranges;
  • - 0.5 glasses of the Grand Marnier liqueur.

Instruction

1. Carefully clean and wash up a duck, having removed at the same time excess fat. Salt a bird inside.

2. In a big pan kindle a desi, put in it a bird and fry it from all directions. After that add a little hot water and wine.

3. You stew a bird for 45 minutes. If a duck big, then increase time till 1 o'clock. Only at the end of preparation add salt.

4. Peel oranges, cut an orange part of a peel with strips, remove a white part. Lower the cut dried peel in the boiling water for several minutes then drain water.

5. Squeeze out juice of two oranges and add it together with a dried peel and liqueur on a pan bottom.

6. Make fire less and you extinguish everything to full readiness, sauce has to turn out not really liquid.
