East salad to a tabula

East salad to a tabula is cooked in forty minutes - it is a little for such tasty snack which is suitable also for the festive menu.

It is required to you

  • For four portions:
  • - couscous - 1 glass;
  • - tomatoes - 500 g;
  • - cucumbers - 300 g;
  • - green onions - 3 stalks;
  • - two bunches of fresh mint;
  • - one lemon;
  • - olive oil - 5 tablespoons;
  • - pepper, salt.


1. Make couscous, following the instruction on packing from grain. Cool.

2. Cut tomatoes small into cubes (pull out seeds), peel cucumbers, cut similarly.

3. Cut green onions thin ringlets. Cut fresh parsley, mint leaves.

4. Add greens and vegetables to the cooled-down grain, mix, salt, pepper, fill with olive oil and lemon juice.

5. Cool ready-to-serve east salad in the fridge within half an hour. Enjoy your meal!
