Easter with raisin, a lemon and cardamom

Many hostesses on the eve of Easter wish to surprise the guests with the most unusual and tasty Easter. It is possible to prepare crude or boiled Easter, we offer the recipe of simple crude Easter with a lemon, raisin and cardamom - it will turn out rather originally.

It is required to you

  • For four portions:
  • - 1 kg of cottage cheese;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 1 glass of sugar;
  • - 1/2 glasses of raisin;
  • - 100 g of a desi;
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - 2 boxes of cardamom;
  • - vanillin, salt.

Instruction

1. Lay out cottage cheese in a small sieve, wipe it in the big deep capacity that it wasn't formed lumps.

2. Add the shaken-up eggs, raisin, butter, sugar to cottage cheese. Rub lemon zest, send to curds, add vanillin to taste. Mix everything, add a salt pinch (it is possible to do without it).

3. Crush in a cardamom seed mortar, add to cottage cheese, mix.

4. Grease a form for Easter with water, lay a gauze, you can take cotton fabric and make of it folds that Easter turned out with a pattern.

5. Lay out curds in a form, stamp more densely. Cover with the ends of a gauze or fabric, from above put cargo heavier. Remove a form for 10 hours in a cold spot.

6. Now it is necessary to turn ready Easter on a dish, to remove a gauze. Decorate easter delicacy on the discretion. Candied fruits are suitable for these purposes.
