In cookery most often do sweet dishes and drinks of apples, but some gourmets cook from them risotto, do of them sauces, bake with them a bird and meat. There is a mass of recipes of apple desserts: this jam, pies, confitures, cookies, apple pie, cakes, etc. The grades of apples approach each dish. It is better to bake sour apples, and sweet to put in apple pie.

Fast apple pie.

Ingredients:

- apples, 300 g,

- honey, 2 tablespoons,

- cinnamon, 1 pinch,

- the frozen puff pastry, 125 g.

Recipe:

  1. We wash apples, we cut off a peel, we delete a core, we cut and we fry in a frying pan together with honey and cinnamon.
  2. We defreeze dough, thinly we roll it and we cut out a circle on diameter of a frying pan.
  3. We cover apples around from puff pastry and we put a frying pan in an oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200C. Ready pie is overturned and we decorate with mint or a ball of the frozen yogurt.

Apple sorbet

Ingredients:

- apples, 1 kg.,

- lemon, 1 piece,

- sugar, 4 tablespoons without hill,

- water, 1 glass.

Recipe:

  1. We cook sugar syrup and waters, we cool.
  2. We wash apples, we clean from a thin skin and a core, we cut and we water with fresh juice of a lemon.
  3. We crush apples in the blender, we add sugar syrup and properly we mix. We put sorbet in the freezer and we mix each 10 minutes.

Baked apples with spices

Structure:

- apples sour, 1 kg.,

- honey, 3 tablespoons,

- dry white wine, 3 tablespoons,

- sticks of cinnamon, 2 pieces,

- carnation, 5 pieces,

- orange dried peel, from 1 orange,

- nuts, to taste.

Recipe:

  1. We take out a core from apples, we put them on a tray.
  2. In each apple we put spices, a dried peel and nuts.
  3. We water apples with wine and honey, we add a little water and we put in an oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.

Apple strudel.

Ingredients:

For the test:

- flour, 1 stak.,

- water, half glass,

- vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon,

- salt, pinch,

For a stuffing:

- apples, 1 kg.,

- dark rum, 2 tablespoons,

- sugar, 4 tablespoons without hill,

- lemon, 1 piece,

- cinnamon, pinch,

- raisin, 4 tablespoons,

- walnuts, 2 tablespoons.

Recipe:

  1. We mix by means of the mixer all ingredients for the test in homogeneous mass. We remove dough for 2 hours in the fridge.
  2. We clean apples and we cut small pieces. We sprinkle them lemon juice. We add sugar, rum, raisin and cinnamon. We mix. We remove a stuffing in the fridge for 3 hours that apples started up juice.
  3. We take out dough from the fridge and we warm it to room temperature. We stretch dough most thinly. From above we strew with the crushed walnuts.
  4. We wring out apples from juice and we put on dough. We twist roll and we oil.
  5. We bake a strudel in an oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180C. Then we cool, we cut and we strew with icing sugar.
