It is required to you

  • - 250 g of flour;
  • - 150 g of sour cream;
  • - 125 g of a desi;
  • - 13 eggs;
  • - on 2 tablespoons of cold water, bread crumbs, grated parmesan;
  • - half of a pod of the Bulgarian paprika;
  • - parsley, salt.

Instruction

1. At first make dough for tartlets: mix flour with a pinch of salt and the cold desi cut into cubes. Add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of cold water, quickly knead dough and inwrap it in food wrap. Remove for half an hour in the fridge that dough was cooled.

2. Wash out paprika, scrape seeds and partitions - we need only a half of pepper, cut its small into cubes. Wash out several branches of fresh parsley, small chop it.

3. Miss the mark with a desi of 6 small molds, roll dough and lay out them in forms. From above put on 1 teaspoon of 20% sour cream of fat content, strew with bread crumbs, salt. Accurately hammer into tartlets 2 eggs or on 3 quail eggs for 1 portion. Try that yolks didn't mix up with proteins. On protein lay out pieces of red pepper and the cut parsley. Salt to taste, powder with a small amount of a grated cheese.
