Eggplants with mozzarella

Eggplants with mozzarella - great snack to a holiday table which is cooked all for half an hour.

It is required to you

  • For four portions:
  • - eggplants - 400 g;
  • - tomato paste - 300 g;
  • - cheese mozzarella - 200 g;
  • - basil leaves - 1/4 glasses;
  • - a Parmesan cheese - to taste;
  • - olive oil, salt - to taste.

Instruction

1. Cut eggplants on pieces, roast them on olive oil. Then dry on tissues.

2. Cut mozzarella with thin circles.

3. Take four portion forms for roasting, and lay out everyone on two pieces of an eggplant and a circle of cheese, add the crushed basil and tomato paste.

4. Repeat layers five times, bake 10 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.

5. Serve ready snack so: on plates pour warm tomato sauce, arrange in the center a pyramid from eggplants. Decorate with pieces of a fried eggplant and a leaf of a basil. You can strew with a grated cheese.
