Ingredients (for 4 portions):

  • Egg – 8 pieces;
  • Young green onions, with a head – 120 g;
  • Goose fat (chicken) – 80 g;
  • Cucumber pickles – 50 g;
  • Small salt, the black pepper ground - to taste;
  • The crushed fresh greens.

Preparation:

  • Peel onions from the top peel and dirt. To small chop a young onions head and to cut with small pieces its green feathers. Throw in a salad pan and prisolit. Leave for 35 minutes.
  • It is large to cut and add the eggs hard-boiled in advance to a state to a pan to onions.
  • Fill onions and eggs with a goose (chicken) fat, to pepper and salt. Leave for 20 minutes.
  • Cut cucumbers on halves and cut with semi-ringlets, previously having cut off from them tips. Add to a pan to salad. Stir salad.

Salad can be made in one more way:

  • Crush the boiled hard-boiled eggs.
  • Peel onion from the top peel, to cut and brown small on sweet cream butter (40 g). Instead of sweet cream butter it is possible to use olive.
  • Mix eggs and onions.
  • Add salt and the crushed greens to salad. Greens can be taken any. Perfectly the crushed salad mix will approach.
  • Kindle fat in a frying pan: goose or chicken.
  • Water salad with a little cooled down fat and mix.
