It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • - 150 g of flour;
  • - 150 g of sugar;
  • - 5 pieces of eggs;
  • - salt pinch;
  • - 1 h baking powder spoon;
  • - 30 g of potato starch;
  • For cream:
  • - 1 yolk;
  • - 1 h vanillin spoon;
  • - 1 tablespoon of water;
  • - 3 tablespoons of cocoa;
  • - 360 g of a desi;
  • - 240 g of a condensed milk;
  • - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
  • For impregnation:
  • - 100 ml of water;
  • - 2-3 tablespoons of cognac;
  • - 100 g of sugar;

Instruction

1. Prepare a biscuit. Shake up with sugar of 5 eggs and 1 protein to magnificent foam, add a salt pinch. Then pour a sifted flour, baking powder and starch. Pour out dough on the baking tray laid by parchment and level a thin layer. Bake in the oven warmed up to 200 °C within 15-20 minutes.

2. Prepare cream. Mix a yolk with water and well shake up. Add a condensed milk and vanillin. Put mix on a water bath and you uvarit cream. Let's cool down.

3. Shake up to it is white the softened desi and mix with the cooled cream. Well mix before formation of homogeneous mass. Remove ready cream in the fridge and periodically mix that it was evenly cooled.

4. Prepare a sugar syrup, having poured sugar into hot water, and put on fire, constantly stirring slowly, it won't be dissolved yet. Add cognac at the end.

5. Turn the baked biscuit paper up on a clean cotton towel. Curtail it into roll together with paper and a towel and leave to cool down in such look. The biscuit ideally has to lie down at least 6 hours. If there is no time, then to cool enough to room temperature.

6. Develop roll and remove paper. Impregnate a biscuit well with syrup. Put from above with an even layer a half of cream and again curtail into roll.

7. Shift roll to food wrap, densely inwrap and remove in the fridge for 2 hours.

8. Mix cocoa powder with vegetable oil, add the remained butter cream. Skim from cooled roll, grease from above with chocolate cream. Decorate cake top with curls from cream and fresh berries.
