Fast pancakes with a vegetable stuffing

Fast pancakes with a vegetable stuffing can be served on a table in the form of rolls. It is possible to use them with any sauce or sour cream.

It is required to you

  • - 15 g of a fresh yeast
  • - 3 pods of a red paprika
  • - 3 cups of wheat flour
  • - 3 cups of water
  • - vegetable oil
  • - sugar
  • - tomato paste
  • - salt
  • - 1 small eggplant
  • - 1 head of onions

Instruction

1. Part a fresh yeast in a small amount of warm boiled water. Add one tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon of salt. Carefully mix ingredients. Sift two glasses of flour, add barmy mix and knead dough.

2. In 15-20 minutes add a glass of the remained flour and water to the test. Mix has to turn out consistences of dense sour cream.

3. A paprika, cut onions and an eggplant in small cubes, mix with several tablespoons of tomato paste and fry on vegetable oil. To taste add a black sprinkling pepper and salt.

4. Bake thin pancakes from the made dough. On each preparation lay out a small amount of a vegetable stuffing and distribute an even layer. Inwrap pancakes in rolls. It is possible to serve on a table the dish with sour cream, a soy-bean sauce or soy mayonnaise.
