Rice - one of popular grain in our diet. Everyone remembers rice porridge from the childhood. Cook pilaf, casseroles, cakes from rice. Rice is applied during diets. Fast rice can be entered into a diet during the Post.

It is required to you

  • basmati rice – 300 g,
  • carrots – 150 g,
  • vegetable oil – 70 ml,
  • garlic – 4 segments,
  • fennel greens – 30 g,
  • salt, the sea-1 tsp is better.

Instruction

1. First of all wash carrots and grate it. Then fry it on vegetable oil, no more than 2-3 minutes. Oil for roasting is offered much, it won't spoil taste. It is better to carry out pan-frying in deep capacity, with a thick bottom. Cook rice in the same ware.

2. Well wash out rice in several waters. Dry and place to carrots. Mix so that rice became covered with oil. Warm up weight within a minute. Fill in rice with boiled water, define quantity by practical consideration. Water has to tower over rice on 1 cm.

3. Reduce heating of a pan, prepare at slightly open cover. Preparation time of 17-20 minutes.

4. Make garlic, peel it, crush the flat party of a wide knife and small crumble. Greens cut small.

5. In almost ready rice lay out garlic and greens. Disconnect fire, cover a cover densely. In 5 minutes mix contents in a pan. Fast rice can be served on a table.
