Characteristic is that wines are produced on old technology. For each grade time and conditions of fermentation different. Wine is matured in wooden barrels from an oak, special conditions are created for each grade of this drink. After a certain term, wine is bottled. Thanks to such procedure it is possible to receive clean wine in which aroma it is possible to catch light notes of an oak.

It should be noted that still no more than twenty years ago wines of Spain contained sulfur that had negative effect on taste, but thanks to active development of the industry of production of wine it was succeeded to get rid of this defect.
