Very original recipe. Thanks to pumpkin, the dish gains aroma and juiciness. Such dish very simple and fast in preparation, all ingredients are public therefore fillet of a turkey with pumpkin - an excellent dish for every day. Instead of a turkey it is possible to use chicken meat.

It is required to you

  • fillet of a turkey (chicken) - 1/2 kg;
  • the pumpkin (peeled) - 300 g;
  • pasta (any) - 150 g;
  • cheese (firm) - about 50 g;
  • onions (leek) - 150 g;
  • salt (usual) - to taste;
  • pepper (ground black);
  • oil (vegetable) - for frying.

Instruction

1. Cut onions in small cubes or half rings.

2. Cut meat on small pieces. That meat was juicy, it is necessary to wet it in milk at several o'clock in advance.

3. Cut in cubes pumpkin. If it was crude, then first of all remove a peel.

4. The average size grate a hard cheese.

5. Fry, with small addition of oil, onions in a frying pan.

6. Add pieces of meat and fry a quarter more of hour.

7. Add pumpkin to a turkey, cover and fry a quarter more of hour.

8. Boil pasta until ready.

9. Add the boiled pasta to a frying pan and mix.
