Gentle milk sauce does taste of fish very saturated and bright. The dish is very quickly cooked. The combination of mushrooms and vegetables perfectly is in harmony with any fish.

It is required to you

  • - 250 ml of milk;
  • - 500 g of cod fillet;
  • - 400 g of champignon mushrooms;
  • - 2 pieces of onions;
  • - 20 g of potato starch;
  • - 50 g of white flour;
  • - 50 g of a desi;
  • - 100 g of fennel;
  • - 5 g of salt;
  • - 100 g of cheese;
  • - 5 g of a black sprinkling pepper;
  • - 2 g of chili powder.


1. Wash out onions in cold flowing water, dry and small cut. In a frying pan kindle oil and fry on it onions before emergence of golden color.

2. Wet mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes. Carefully wash out that there was no sand, dry and thinly cut. Add mushrooms to onions and roast 15 minutes.

3. Wash out fish, take away bones if there is a need and cut small into cubes.

4. In a clean dense package fill flour and spices for fish, mix everything. Put pieces of fish in a package and mix. Let's fish become impregnated with spices of 20-30 minutes.

5. In the kindled oil fry fish on both sides. Add mushrooms to fish and fill in to milts. You extinguish on average fire of 15-20 minutes.
