All know long ago that it is very useful to eat fish. For this reason we bring to your attention very useful recipe of fish platter which is cooked in an oven. Three fish species moreover and prepared in pots, impact to a dish just unforgettable relish. And all this is complemented with the fried vegetables, lettuce leaves and fresh cherry tomatoes.

It is required to us:

  • 0.9 kg of fish platter (salmons, burbot, cusk);
  • ½ lemons;
  • 1 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce;
  • 1 tsps of mustard with grains;
  • 1 squash;
  • 1 paprika;
  • 5 average bulbs;
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • salt to taste;
  • sea salt;
  • pepper or favourite spices;
  • laurel leaves;
  • 9 cherry tomatoes;
  • 9 lettuce leaves.

Preparation:

1. Wash, clean all fish fillet from bones, slice averages and lay out in one capacity. 

2. In a cup to connect 1 tablespoon of oil, a soy-bean sauce, usual salt, mustard and favourite spices. (It is possible to take seasoning for fish or Provence herbs). Properly to mix all ingredients that fragrant and spicy marinade turned out. 

3. To water slices of a fish fillet with marinade, to mix accurately hands and to leave to be pickled not less than half an hour.

4. Meanwhile onions to cut rings, cherry tomatoes – halves, and a squash and paprika – short straws.

5. In half an hour to take pots for roasting. On a bottom of each pot to put a laurel leaf and to pour in ½ tablespoons of oil. 6. To cover fish in pots with a layer of onions rings. Close pots covers, place on a baking tray and send for 1 hour to the oven warmed up to 180 degrees.

7. At the end of roasting of fish it is necessary to be engaged in preparation of vegetables. To lay out straws from pepper with a squash in hot olive oil and to fry on strong fire, stirring slowly. 

8. It is dense to lay a dish lettuce leaves.

9. To lay out vegetables after frying on lettuce leaves and to strew with sea salt. Why sea? Everything is very simple. This salt won't thaw, but will impact to a dish beautiful view and unusual relish.
