The person suffering from food dependence is similar to the addict. He wishes to eat something tasty, cannot refuse such food and when eats – derives unknown pleasure. After that there comes sense of guilt. Some people conceal the attachment to food: pretend that nothing is eaten, and having disappeared from the sight, quietly naminat cakes.

There is a lot of reasons of development of food dependence. The first is the use of products which cause accustoming. It is possible to carry tea, coffee, carbonated drinks, ice cream, chocolate, cakes, rolls, chips, cheese, etc. to them. As a result of the frequent use of such products the organism is quicker exhausted and grows old.

Other reason of food dependence – a hormonal imbalance. For example, lack of dopamine (joy hormone) of blood. During one research it was revealed that fat people of dopamine receptors have less, than at thin. The reason of a lack of dopamine – the wrong way of life or genetic predisposition. The lack of leptin (appetite hormone) can also cause food dependence. Especially it is noticeable during the premenstrual period at women when in an organism the amount of leptin decreases.

It is possible to get rid of food dependence. At first it is necessary to admit the fact of existence of a problem. Usually people deny existence of food dependence. They say that they just like to eat well.

To establish internal balance, begin with a healthy breakfast. Best of all easy products will be suitable for these purposes: fruit, juice, porridges … It is also necessary to use products which stabilize sugar level in blood. These are bean, grain, fruit and vegetables. Observe a day regimen and eat low-fat food. Food carefully to a perezhevuyta that flavoring receptors stirred up the activity.
