It is required to you:

- 600 g of pork ribs; - vegetable oil;

- 1 orange; - 4 tablespoons of liquid honey; - 2 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce; - 2 tablespoons of a sherry; - 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar; - 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard; - 2 tablespoons of tomato paste; - 1.5 cups of basmati rice; - 1 bulb;

- 2-3 garlic gloves; - 50 g of the peeled pine nuts; - 50 g of raisin; - 1/4 cups of vegetable broth; - salt and fresh ground black pepper. In a frying pan warm vegetable oil. Divide ribs into 4 pieces and fry in oil to semi-readiness within 5 minutes in two parties. Squeeze out juice of orange and pour out in a bowl. Mix from 5 Chinese spices consists of the Sichuan pepper, an anise, a carnation, fennel and cinnamon.
