Fruit cakes - one of the most popular summer desserts. Be not limited to habitual recipes. Try to prepare something unusual - for example, the French plums pie.

It is required to you

  • - 1 glass of flour;
  • - 160 g of icing sugar;
  • - 180 g of a desi;
  • - 700 g of ripe plums.

Instruction

1. Sift flour. In a bowl of the food processor mix it from 30 g of icing sugar and the desi cut in cubes. As a result the small oil crumb has to turn out. Add cold boiled water and knead an elastic dough. Roll it in a sphere, inwrap in food wrap and remove in the fridge for half an hour.

2. Touch plums, wash out and dry. Cut fruits in half, exempt from stones. Put halves of plums in a bowl and remove on cold that they didn't start up juice.

3. Kindle two tablespoons of a desi in a thick-walled deep frying pan. Mix it from 120 g of icing sugar and fry 3-4 minutes - powder has to gain pleasant golden color. Lay out in a frying pan of a half of plums and you stew them five minutes until fruit become soft and will begin to emit juice. Carefully mix plums with a sugar syrup that it completely impregnated fruits.

4. Add fire and, stirring slowly, you stew plums until syrup thickens. Remove a frying pan from fire. Lay out plums in the fire-resistant form oiled water with the juice which remained in a frying pan and leave before full cooling.

5. Get dough from the fridge and roll it in layer on the board powdered with flour. By the size round layer has to exceed a form a little. Cover plums with the test, tuck in layer at the edges, from above make several cuts. Place pie on cold for 20-30 minutes.
