It is required to you
- - 4 bulbs of fennel;
- - 4 tablespoons of hot water;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 2 big handfuls of arugula;
- - handful of leaves of mint;
- - big handful of grain crumbs;
- - juice and a dried peel from 1 orange;
- - 2 handfuls of olives;
- - 2 h spoon of leaves of a thyme fresh or basilica;
- - olive oil, salt sea.
Instruction
1. Peel fennel, cut in half lengthways that two big halves turned out, put them in a saucepan, fill in with cold water, add a salt pinch there. Bring to the boil, you cook until fennel becomes soft. After that cast away it on a colander, cool.
