Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes;
- 2 apples;
- ½ lemons;
- 1 glass of millet grain;
- 1 paprika;
- 3 garlic zubk;
- 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- green onions, parsley and lettuce leaves ― to taste;
- black sprinkling pepper and salt.
Preparation:
- Millet grain should be touched, properly to wash out and fill in with pure cold water. It has to be presoaked not less than 60 minutes.
